Inside this material

Good interview answers are usually prepared long before the day itself. This e-learning material shows you how to plan that preparation so you can focus on the conversation instead of searching for words.

The early levels cover researching an organisation and role, matching your experience to what the employer needs, and building a bank of short stories using the STAR method. Following levels look at competency, behavioural and technical questions, handling difficult topics such as gaps or career changes, and preparing thoughtful questions of your own. Later material covers video interviews, following up afterwards and reflecting on each experience.

Practice is self-run: you record yourself or ask a friend to play the interviewer using the prompts provided, then review your answers against a checklist, so each rehearsal sharpens the next.
