The price shown when you complete checkout is the one that applies to that order
A later price change does not alter an order that has already been confirmed

4. Buying Credits and Payment

Credits are bought through the checkout on this website. Placing an order works on the following basis:

Credits are the currency of this website. You buy them with money and spend them to unlock individual levels of e-learning materials. One credit is equal to US$1, ¥160 or HK$8, and the bonus for larger single purchases is shown on the Buy Credits page.

Credits bought on this website:

Appear in your account balance once the payment is confirmed
Are used to unlock individual levels of e-learning materials
Can only be spent on this website and cannot be exchanged for cash
Stay with the account that bought them and cannot be moved to another account
Have a validity period of 90 days from date of purchase

6. Receiving Your E-Learning Materials

Every material is digital and made for self-paced study, so there is no timetable, nothing to attend and no live teaching.

After payment is confirmed, the download link and access details are emailed to the address you gave at checkout, and the material can also be reached through the platform
Access information is typically made available within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation
Delivery can occasionally take longer, so please allow up to 48 to 72 hours

7. Ownership of Content
